Our home was flooded after an air condition leaked during our week’s vacation. On a very rainy Saturday evening, we returned to our home with water damage that went from the attic, through the 2nd floor, to the main level of the house. This entailed wood floors, tile in baths, flooring, walls, carpeting, and all that goes with a disaster of this magnitude. Mr. Albert Avelar came to our rescue with his men Santos and Edgar and stayed until 3:00 am helping very carefully with all the wet items. They got blowers in that had to be kept here for nearly 3 weeks.
Other men who helped with their expertise were Cisco, who did amazing work…Victor, Germaine and Ezekiel. There were 3 excellent ladies who helped with the final cleaning as well.
Gerald Soto and his men did wonderful work putting in new wooden floors…
John Barber came in several times, met with insurance adjustor and helped in any way that he could to help the process of dealing with the mortgage company and insurance company.
We are finally completely back in our home and appreciate all the very hard work they all did to please us.

My wife and I would like to bring to your attention how much we appreciate your company and the work that you did for us. The flood in our house was traumatic. Your attentive personnel made sure all areas, even the hidden areas, were dried properly. They took the time to explain the process, showing us the readings with their very nice equipment and meters. They also documented our claim for us from start to finish, from pictures and readings, to a complete estimate. They explained that they use the same software to estimate as the insurance company, which minimized the delay in getting our claim approved and made things easy for our adjuster. We also noticed how well they cleaned up after themselves and the care they took with our belongings and furniture.
They were also very communicative, confirming appointments and arrival times, and kept to the schedule that they gave us. If it had not been for your company, this whole process would have been absolutely dreadful, we are sure. Your personnel and expertise made the difference, and we could not be happier about the quality of repairs and the professionalism displayed.
